How to Create Access Database for Reports

Although you can't edit or modify Addvantage Databases directly, you can create a "copy" of the database for creating your own reports through the Microsoft Access program which is part of the Microsoft Office family of software.

To create the database, go into the File Utility Program

Once you are at the File Utility menu, click on Misc (top menu) and select Create Access Files

You should then see the message appear

 You can now use this copies of your Addvantage database to create reports or use to import data into other stores.
