In order to see all of the options in your Addvantage program, your screen resolution must be at least 1024x768 pixels. To check or change, do the following. Position your mouse point on your Windows Desktop anywhere there is not an icon. Next, right-click and you will see a box pop up like the one below. Click on Properties.
A window similar to the one below will appear. Click on the Settings tab.
Under Screen resolution, you should have 1024 x 768 or higher.If not, use your mouse to slide the bar over to the right and increase the resolution. Once this is done, click on OK,.
Your screen will go blank and you may receive a warning, but do continue. Once this is done, your screen will show more options available. The letters and numbers will be smaller but this is necessary to get more on your screen.
