When your Addvantage software has been installed, you will need to activate your program on each computer that it will be used on.
When you purchased the program you should have been given a serial number and password for activating your program. If you don't have these, please call Addvantage for support.
To activate your program, go into Order Entry. At the Main Menu, click on Help, then click on Register. You should see the box below.
The Serial Number is the 4 digit number you were given when you purchased the program.
Your Key # is a number that you will obtain from either Addvantage Software Support or by going to our web site and getting it there.
It is important that you do the following in the correct sequence to activate your program. Make sure you have your serial number and password available.
First, you will need for the above box to be showing on your computer. DO NOT CLOSE THIS until you have finished the following. If you do, you will need to start over. Write down the Activation code # displayed on your computer. This will be used to get your key number.
Step 1: After displaying the above box, start your internet browser. You can either minimize the above screen, or start a new window for Internet Explorer. Goto www.track33.com
Once you get to our web site, click on Downloads. At the next page you will see an option for Activate New Program. Click on it. You will now be at the Addvantage Activation Program. It should resemble the picture below.
Step 2 - Fill in your Company Name, Email Address and the Serial Number and password you were provided.
Next enter the Activation Code that you wrote down from your Addvantage
program. Once all of the information is entered, click on the Submit Query
button. If your serial number and password are correct, you will be given your
Key Number. Now write this number down, then minimize your Internet Explorer
screen by clicking on the 
button in the top right corner.
If you minimized your Addvantage Program, click on it in your Task Bar to bring it back up. Once it is displayed, enter your Key # and then click OK.
At this point your Addvantage program should be up and running. If not, you will get a message and then a new Activation Number. Repeat step #2 above.
